You will fill in all the fields. The first field is pre-populated to say “Integrate” as the Federal Program. This is correct and you do not need to make any changes to this field.
Please answer if you live in the United States. If you live in the US, please answer “Yes” in the box outlined in red below. If you do not live in the US, please answer “No” in the box outlined in red below.
In the field titled “Please Choose a Certificate”, click the option “ECA Medium Token Assurance | Hardware Storage”.
Please refer to your company policy to choose how long you will need an ECA for. In this example, I have chosen 1 year.
Keep the button “I need a new storage device” clicked.
Choose “HID USB Token” for the storage device option.
Click “Continue”, located on the right hand side of the page.
A new window will pop up. Click “Continue”.
Click “Next” at the bottom of the screen.
Please fill out the required fields and click “Search”
